Cory was great to work with, didn't feel pressured to purchase and he let us take our time test driving and comparing options without a lot of pressure.

Worst

had to pay 20.00 for oil change...usually 15.00 i called and made appt. when i got there, it wasn't in book. u took me anyway but since u say i had no appointment, i didn't get 15...

First of all, buying the car at KIA of Duluth was a great experience: no pressure, no bullshit. The service people are also very helpful. I got in at my scheduled appointment time, they didn't try and sell me something I didn't need, and I was on my way in no time. Thanks for a great experience. more

Great Service 3/23/2014

My appointment was at 10 a.m. and I was prepared for a long wait while my car was being serviced. I settled down with a cup of coffee and newspaper in Kia's wonderful waiting room. My car was ready within the hour even though there was a roomful of other customers. Good job Kia! more

Scheduled Service 3/18/2014

We arrived at the scheduled time for our routine service only to find out that they did not have a record of our appointment. After apologizing, we were told that it might be 45 minutes or so before they could get to us. We said that was OK, we drove 2 hours so we were willing to wait. After chatting with a couple of the sales people and sitting in a few of the newer models, a service tech. came to say that the oil change was done, new wipers installed and recommended that the tires be rotated. All in all, this took far less than the 45 minutes we expected. Top notch folks all around! more
