Raymond KIA is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Don Uldukis immediately understood my concerns and frustration from the past and promised to turn that around. He did exactly what he promised and more. He communicated with me on my terms. Excellent customer service. I never had to wait for him to call me back. He gave me a price on the car, a price on my trade in and told me what my monthly payment would be without any undercutting sales tactic like most dealers. When I arrived he had the car out front and on display waiting for me. Not only did Raymond KIA sell me a car at a great price. They also gave me an excellent experience. Finally a dealer that is honest and true to their word. Imagine my surprise when they called me the next day to tell me that they were able to get me a lower interest rate.\r
