WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in town!
Especially the lady named Janice who needs to get fired, she is unprofessional and not informed about the Doctor's services.
Imagine working in a doctor's office and not knowing the answers to the most basic questions like office visit fee's and cost of eye exams!
Does Dr. Khan know how his employees treat patients when he's out of the office?
I was sceduled for 1 pm and was kept waiting for 20 minutes, till I MYSELF asked the receptionist Janice how much longer it's going to take. Her reply? ""I don't know"". Um Okay... so the patients are supposed to wait endlessly because you don't know about the doctor you are working for?
Dr. Khan, your receptionist kept giggling in a mocking way the ENTIRE time I was having a serious conversation with her. Is this the staff you want people to deal with???
Janice is projecting a VERY BAD impression of your skills. IF Dr. Khalid L. Khan is anything like his receptionist Janice, Boy am I glad I didn't waste my money on this trashy place.
Me and my family are definitely taking our business to a REAL doctor with REAL staff members who understand that their paycheck comes out of the OUR pockets.
