Khadija's Bakery & Bistro

I found my experience at Khadija's outstanding. I found Khadja's to be cozy and inviting. In every instance I have had great personal service. I highly recommend Khadja's to my friends and co-workers... i have even entertained clients at Khadija's. The food is freshly prepared and nothing comes from a can as ravenrobyn wrote in (her) review. This is a family run business, something that you don't see anymore... They serve full breakfasts from eggs benedict to pancakes, as well as the best biscuits and gravy i have every had! for lunch you can have freshly made salads and homemade soups. Khadja's also has great sandwiches that are freshly made also. The pricing is also excellent. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KHADIJA'S BAKERY & BISTRO! Well, if you like bad coffee, non existant service, and food preperation that comes out of a jar or a can, then you might like it. But, if you like gourmet cofffee, foods made with natural ingredients, and good service, then this place is to be avoided! It may be cheap, but the indigestion isn't worth it. I was choking from the first sip of the not gut coffee and didn't even get a look from the server, much less an offer of a glass of water. We should have known from the feux-country decor and the cheesy furnishings that we should have walked out before not being invited to sit down until the non-waiter took an a tables order. The desserts looked tasty, but then when you get yellow crisco served with your pancakes, you think twice! So don't make the same mistake, stay away! Pros: Can't think of one.
