To start off, this review should not even have 1 star!!!! When I pulled up to this store's drive thru, I ordered the Double Down sandwich. They said it would be 6 minutes and asked if I wanted to wait. I said sure. I don't know why this food was not already done considering it was the lunch hour!!! I paid and got my drink, then they asked me to pull around to the front because it would be a few mins. I pulled around. I waited in my car for an additional 20 mins. I then went inside and spoke to the manager. I told her what was going on and asked for my money back. She took a deep sigh in frustration, then took her time getting my money. She told me I would have to pay for my drink since my straw was already in it. Yes, she did say that, no kidding. I asked if she was the ""real"" manager and she just looked at me. I then said ""is this really the way you want to treat an unhappy customer"". Her response was ""yes, is there anything else"". Long story short, I was there a total of 35 mins for a sandwich that I never got!!!!! I know KFC, in general, is slow. They always have been. However, this was ridiculous!!!! And the way the manager treated me was uncalled for and inexcusable!!! Needless to say, that was my last trip EVER to any KFC!!!
