I miss the old days of the authentic Kentucky Fried Chicken. You could order a piece called a Keel Breast that is the center part of the breast with tenderloins on either side. Sort of the filet mignon of pieces. Ask for that piece now and you'll get a blank stare. Price are outrages and chicken is often stale. KFC's chicken is best only right out of the grease. When it sits under heat lamps, it gets hard, dry and stale.
