I purchased a 2008 keystone passport that leaked from day one. I had 5 water leaks on our first trip (sinks). I fixed all by myself and our second trip I had my slideout leaking water inside when I ran it back in. Our third trip we had two huge leaks where under the fridge so much water ran in that the dinnette had to be replaced and the slide leaked again. So I returned to my dealer and asked for it to be fixed. They could not find the leaks (imagine that) so I refused to pick it up until I knew that they at least attempted to fix it. Three months later I picked it up just in time for winter. When weather broke I pulled the camper out to clean and prep for the upcoming season, low and behold the slide and fridge area had water leaks again! I returned it to the dealer for repairs. After two months I receive a call its ready to be picked up luckly it was raining when I went. The slide just POURED water in so I was so mad I left and called Keystone customer service. They agreed to pick it up and take it to the factory for repairs. So far I still have not recieved my camper they have had it for 3 weeks and have promised it many times but only to tell me its not ready. I asked them to extend my warranty because I've only camped three times in it they informed me that they don't do that. I asked for a new camper they said no. I asked for a refund of my trade in and the months that I paid and they could keep the junk, they said no. I asked what is thier customer service really about they said to fix problems timely. I am so fed up I am seeking the advice of a lawyer to see what my options are.
