service call 12/14/2021

Had keystone out for a furnace issue on 11-29-2021. Technician jeremy arrived promptly and seemed very knowledgeable. Diagnosed problem quickly. A plugged drain tube which he cleared out. Now the bill. I was charged $95.00 for the service call. I accept that. I was charged $109.00 to clear a drain line. This charge was excessive. He spent more time typing out my bill on his iPad than clearing the drain line. Less than 20 minutes at my house and no parts were needed. this bill was excessive! Hire someone elsel. more

Dan is on time-appreciate call prior to arrival. Uses booties in house and neat. Friendly and accommodating . Made sure a/c is operating perfectly and answers all questions. Very pleased to say the least and have been a Keystone customer for 21 years! more

Awesome customer service 5/22/2019

Keystone Heating completed my air conditioner inspection today. This company is awesome. Great customer service through-out to company. I really like the way they communicate with the customer. When the weather is not suitable to service the air conditioner, the office personnel always calls in advance to reschedule. The service technicians always call when they leave to previous customer, to let me know they are on their way, or if they may be delayed for some reason. The technicians provide an explanation, that I can understand, of what was found during the inspection. I have complete trust in Keystone Heating. It is difficult to come by this level of customer service these days. Gerry F. more
