went to this ""bistro"" with three others. we made a reservation and were seated promptly, despite being early. ordered spinach salad, and the shrimp scampi. the spinach salad was good, but the scampi was the worst i have ever had. there was no sauce; it was water probably from the microwaved pasta, which was unnaturally hot. even the shrimp tasted old. i tried the crab bisque and chicken voodoo, too. the crab bisque was more indian in flavor than sherry. also, the little nuggets in it could hardly be called crab. the chicken diavollo was a compressed, over grilled chicken breast with the spice cabinet poured into overcooked, tinny tasting tomatoe sauce again with watery pasta. the restaurant slapped portobello mushrooms on everything to make it gourmet, but even that couldn't make up for the bad, bad food. also, the whole restaurant felt dirty, from the sticky booths to the bathrooms. one waiter slipped on the greasy floor and came back with a huge package of salt to prevent others from suffering the same fate. the check for four without drinks was $170 - a total waste.
Pros: leaving without having to go to the emergency room in four hours
Cons: food, cost & cleanliness
