Clean and has a great waiting area where uou can sit and drink water or courtesy apples, coffee, Anthony from service was great.Better than the Valencia dealership as Valencia Parkway Hyundai does not even have ang water offered and communication there was terrible. Sales guys dont act on their promises despite being clear with them. But MISSION HILLS DOES TALK THE TALK.Great Job mission Hills more

Responsive service department at Mission Hills Keyes Hyundai 7/26/2013

I needed a mileage verification on my 2011 Elantra and was pleased to see Keyes had opened a dealership in Mission Hills. There was no wait to have the mileage verified and the tech who helped me was professional and pleasant. After a horrible experience with sales staff at the Keyes Van Nuys Hyundai dealership in 2011, I was delighted with the courteous, efficient interaction at Keyes Hyundai Mission Hills Service Department. more

Nissan Sales Department and Service 12/19/2011

You know, I was really surprised when I saw this place got nothing but 5 stars. And after my buying experience, I think they should add an extra star. This is the best Nissan dealership in all of Socal if I had anything to say about it. Sure I had to do a little negotiating on my part but it all worked out in the end. They hooked me up with an 2010 Altima Coupe 2.5S for the price i needed. Not to boast, but it was a steal and Nissan took a little loss on their part, but it shows they are willing to sacrifice a few grand over a happy customer. more

Worst Mechanics in town 6/18/2008

I have my 30k service done, and the mechanics forgot to screw the oil pan back which caused my motor to seize on me while on the freeway, never going back here again. more
