Key Hyundai

Sales people are friendly enough - but when they get you in they just want to sell, don't give you all the info up front. Thought we could afford a used car from them, with a decent down payment & monthly loan. After two visits finally went to sign up and found out needed a co-signer for loan, monthly payments were higher than we were originally quoted, etc. Long story short we couldn't get the car - the sales person wasn't even willing to try and get us a lower cost vehicle. BIG waste of time I wouldn't deal with them again more

I went into key Hyundai today and WOW!!!! I wondered how they had got 5 stars (had to of been an employee) to begin with. I went out to only look at the Hyundai Elantra and ended up with the dealer (Bently) and sales rep. (Alex) ganging up on me to make a sale. I test drove the Hyundai Elantra and love it but after Bently drove me home in the car he had me test drive like he was a nascar driver I would never even think about buying that car!!! I guess Donald Trump (claimed to have spoke with) didn't get through to him (Bently) lol!!! more

Good: I liked the Santa Fe we purchased 8 years agos. Like the service department.. Bad: April 2011 went into Key Milford to replace 2000 Ford Taurus Wagon. told them what i wanted and price. we had worked a deal with salesman and the front end manager tried to scam us with a bogus interest rate, and told us the deal was only good for that day. Well we walked right to Brass City Hyundai.. Improvements: Deal fairly with customers, not try to intimidate them, we had finacing already arrange thru credit union. Have a real financing in order, not the point games.. Other: We like our 2011 Hyundai Elentra Wagon have 10,000 in ten months. the car runs great and Brass City was upfront about everything. Tried to upsell in F& I like all delears.. more

I have owned several Hyundai's, all my vehicles have been purchased from Key Hyundai. I visited the Milford location to purchase my 2011 Sonata. I was warmly welcomed entering the showroom, by individuals who were interested in what I was looking for. They really listened to my needs, I test drove my Sonata and as I had already fallen in love with it's sleek design. It drove smooth and is so roomy inside, not to mention the fuel efficiency was amazing. The biggest decision that day was which color! I decided to lease the vehicle to take advantage of the super affordable payment for a great car. It's such a huge value you can't beat it. The paperwork process in the finance office was so simple to complete. I was out of there in no time with my brand new Sonata! I couldn't be happier with my decision to shop at Key Hyundai Milford to buy my new 2011 Sonata. more

The sales people are pushy and not willing to work the the customer on the price. During my visits to this dealership, I was treated really well when I first started looking at a car. Then I told them I would have to think about the purchase and I was told that, the price I was looking for was not available. Ended with a good luck to me in a rude tone, like I wasted their time. I really was interested since, I did end up buying a Hyundai, the same new model, style and color for alot less by putting quotes out over the internet to other Hyundai dealers in the area, without the hassle or guilty feeling. After dealing with the Milford salesmen I would never recommend them unless the person had another quote to show what the real price should be. more
