Kevin Lee DDS Ps Family & Cosmetic Dentistry

Extremely disappointed. I came to Kevin Lee to have a crown and post inserted into an implant. Several appointments later he broke the screw while putting in the crown. He appeared completely unfamilar with the procedure and refused to extract the broken screw he left in my mouth sending me to another dentist. I then learned he should have used a special screwdriver and torqued the screw to a specific measurement. It appears he tried to do this without the appropriate equipment because I foolishly went back to have him install a new tooth and he then told me he did not have the proper equipment and I would have to delay the appointment while he found the right equipment. Even then the new tooth did not fit right. he response was to say ""I guess I just can't please you."" I then received a letter telling me to find another dentist. more

I was told on the phone to hold to provide insurance information. I waited over 5 minutes, and they hung up on me. I called back and informed Kelly in the office of my concern, but she rudely told me to look for another dentist. Kelly never apologized; she was rude and abruptly hung the phone on me while I was providing feedback about the service that I received. May Kelly receive the same service that she provided to me. Very rude!! more

Dr Lee and his crack team are masters. I've had 4 crowns with the most minimal pain of any dentist yet and with invariably satisfying results. more

Dr. Lee & his staff made me feel welcome were very genuine. From the digital x-rays (less radiation) to sunglasses for my visit, everything was above my expectations.
