I had been going to Ketchum's Auto for a couple years for oil changes, and light maintenance for my Chevy Blazer for a couple years. I had to do a scheduled transmission filter and fluid change to keep my warranty from being void, so I went to Ketchum's. After the work was done, I drove a couple miles, and noticed the automatic transmission was slipping, so I turned around and brought my Blazer back to Ketchums. I barely made it back to the shop it was slipping so bad. They took it back in to the shop, and gave it back to me, and said it was just an adjustment, and now it was perfect. I immediately noticed that it was shifting a little late, and revving much higher than usual before it shifted. I had a buddy check it out, and he told me that changing the Tranny fluid and filter should require no adjustments on an automatic transmission, and that more likely, the mechanic forgot to put fluid in after he did he filter change. He said that the transmission should work for a while, but it was shifting much too late, and would soon have to be replaced.
Cons: They do not stand by their mistakes
