The staff was very welcoming and respectful. They know you on a first name basis and provide you with clear and understandable information in regards to your car and it's needs. I always feel comfortable that i will get good work done at kerry's and they will be honest with me all the time. more

I do not agree with some of these reviews, My family has been doing business at Kerrys car care for years. Back before I was even driving. Now I have 3 children and will only take my cars to Kerrys. I talk to Bill when I go in, he has always taking great care of me and my car. I have meet the owner he drove me and my kids home while my car was being fixed and picked me up when it was done. And the repair cost was less then I had expected. It is the only place to go for my family. more

I had my 2007 cadi srx in 2 other shops. they could not fix my clucking problem. I was referred to Kerry's by a friend. Kerry's inspected it for free and found a bad mount at the rear end. The fixed it quickly and at a great price. Thank you Kerry's Car Car. more

As usual, my experience was great !! I was in and out of Kerry's in less than than two hours with a new power steering pump. more

I took my cadilac into Kerrys car care for a few things including brake noise and coolant leak, I found the staff there to be very friendly and helpful. After checking out my car and giving me an est. for repairs they even gave me pictures of the bad parts. They gave me a ride to work and fixed my car. It did take most of the day to get done. When I picked my car up they also offered me pictures of the work the did. I even got to meet the owner when I came back, I will do all my work at Kerrys. more

Beware!!! My teenage son brought his car in for an oil change over the summer. He was offered an air conditioner service. His car is older, so he took advantage of this offer to ensure his a/c would run well in the heat. Unfortunately, the a/c went from running just fine to blowing hot within 24 hours of having been serviced. Kerry's told us we would need a whole new compressor and said there was no way they could have known there was a leak at the time of service. However the coupon says (and I quote) ""hi-tech electronic check for freon leaks"". We took the car for a 2nd opinion elsewhere. The opinion was that the tech at Kerry's overcharged the system creating the leak. And we didn't have to replace the compressor. We paid a fraction of the cost quoted by Kerry's to replace a Schrader Valve. I purposely waited to post this review until we were through summer. The a/c ran all summer and we had no other problems. Clearly not a compressor issue and clearly the leak was caused by work at Kerry's. Kerry himself was unhelpful and wouldn't even refund the cost of the service his shop performed, which was all I asked for. They don't stand behind their work, which is enough to tell me to never return. more

Took my car in for an oil change. an hour later I come back and they have my entire front end torn apart in an attempt to sell me a brake job at over $600.00 When I balked at the price and declined, they got quite nasty with me and tell me not to return, they don't want my business. By the way, I did get my brakes done at a reputable shop, and it cost me $200.00 more
