I sustain flood damage to my vehicle back in April of this year. It took approximately two months for the dealership to complete all the work on my vehicle. All of the original work order and as well as supplemental payments were handled without incident or dispute. I would like to thank Kerry Stuckey, his team of agents, call center, and the claims adjuster for handling this process as smoothly as possible. I appreciate his team for communicating with me on numerous occasions to see if there was anything that I needed and assisting with the car rentals as well. I have been a customer with State Farm for 36 years, 23 of those years while living here in Houston.
