The service that was provided on 2 separate
occasions, totalling $ 506.17 on 10/17 and 384.94 on 11/4, was so bad that it cost me an additional $ 1772.39 to fix the damage from your mechanics. What really bothers me is that I took the word of a good friend, Bill Kravetz, to have my car repaired at your store. I drove over at least 4 times from Princeton to get my car fixed. I think your policy should be that if you have no idea how to fix a particular model, do not attempt to fix it. My mechanic here in NJ said he had never seen such inferior work done on a Mercedes Benz. The valve cover gaskets
leaked worse than before Kerrigans touched it and to repair rotors and pads turned into another nightmare. Why wires were soldered to repair brake rotors is a question I still have. My mechanic is putting a small report together, with pictures, to illustrate the sub par work that was provided. Please stay away from a car where you really have no idea how to service.
