My car had an extensive damage but Keri Coach/Geico estimated that it can be fixed so 24 days were planned to fix it. To my surprise it was fixed in 2 weeks or better said, fixed 80% and offered to be picked up. I had to go back 5-6 times with different issues. Paint over-spray, panels and doors were not aligned properly, some plastic parts were missing underneath the car. Not all the damage was fixed. They overlooked the damage on the front wheel completely while replacing rear taillights that were not even scratched. As Frank the guy who works with insurance adjuster said: ""I dont know what is there [meaning taillights] so it is better to replace it"". Why did not you look in the front, Frank?\r

The steering was not aligned properly and had to be fixed 3-4 times.\r

In 3 months after the car was done suspension started knocking on bumps. It was fixed on the 6th come back but alignment was completely off. Don refused to notice it, complaining that I did not have to get up at 5 AM but he had to.The 7th time I insisted to go to BMW place to fix it. BMW service adviser called Randy confirming that the steering wheel was off the center, to what Randy replied as far as he was concerned the car was done!\r

Frank was supervising the work, but also I had to deal with Don and Randy, the owner. All of them talk a lot trying to calm you down and tell different stories about how nobody takes pride of his work these days. They spend more time talking rather than working on the car and there is absolutely no quality control. They let you do quality control yourself and bring the car back if there are any issues. Overall if you look close you can tell that there was damage before, suspension is not tight anymore. Probably they can fix a little dent nicely but big damage is never completely done.
Pros: no pros
Cons: no quality control
