My first stop when i arrive in LA 7/31/2007

I live in new york city and come to LA regularly. My first stop is to visit Kenya for a facial. What better way to revive after 5 plus hours of nasty air, let alone nyc grime. She is at the top of her game. I have found her to be incredibly knowledgeable on skin and customizing the treatment to your needs. Her calming energy ads to the total experience. I leave with better skin and a better outlook on the days ahead. I cannot reccomend her more highly. more

Superb Esthetician 7/15/2007

Kenya offers extraordinary custom care for your skin. Gentle, healthy, responsive, aware, sympathetic, highly skilled, calming, and caring are just a few of the adjectives I would use to describe her and her amazing facials--the best I've ever experienced (and I've tried much touted places like Bliss, Kalologie, Ole Henriksen, etc.) Kenya is extremely attuned to the changing conditions of your skin and focuses on helping your skin look and feel its best, without pushing products. As a result, you are relaxed and feel great about what works for you. Her reasonable rates make it easier to have facials be a more regular and beneficial part of your beauty routines. thank you Kenya! more

I LOVE KENYA!!!! 6/26/2007

I had my first wax with her and I will surely continue to go there. She is fast and thorough and surprisingly painless. I was expecting waxing to be painful and hard on my sensitive skin especially with everyone telling me that it would be just that- but Kenya made it anything but that. I can't believe I'm saying this but it was almost relaxing! :) Thanks Kenya!!! more

Best leg wax EVER! and GREAT FACIALS to boot! 6/25/2007

I've been to many, many places for waxing in LA (not to mention NYC and SF), and KENYA is hands down brilliant EVERY time! I've NEVER had a ""bad wax"" with her. She's a perfectionist and nabs every stray hair. \r \r I've been to her several times for leg waxing and I'd recommend her to ANYONE. Also saw her once for a brazillian (equally perfect) and once for a facial (she helped my poor dry broken out skin become soft and fresh again!). She uses a fantastic line of products which include bioelements and SKN by Dr. Vicky (can't remember her last name).\r \r AND she's in a lovely new space in Culver City (parking's a breeze and it's close to the 10/405). more

Kenya is the best! 6/25/2007

Kenya is the best aesthetician I've ever encountered. I've been having sking problems for months. My dermatologist had me on every abrasive product under the sun, and my face looked like a raw, red mess. Kenya gave me a wonderful facial and care suggestions. She was careful never to countermand the suggestions of my MD, but made helpful suggestions regarding questions and considerations I may wish to address with him. i have been looking for a good facialist since moving to LA 2 years ago.....i have finally found one in kenya and she is not just good, but she is great:) she is very thorough and knowledgable when answering my many skin related questions. \r \r also, kenya uses a line that allows her the flexibility to concoct a specialized facial cocktail for whatever your specific need may be. \r \r highly recommended! more

Kenya has a soothing presence and an expert hand. Since I've been coming to her regularly for facials, I have had more compliments on my skin than ever.\r \r The waxing process for me has always been difficult due to skin sensitivity. She makes the procedure comfortable, quick and painless and takes tremendous care with my particular issues. I can't say that for most of the other estheticians I have entrusted with this task.\r \r I am relieved and elated to find such a sanctuary of place and person to take care of my skin care needs!\r \r Yay for Kenya!!
