They do very good work BUT they are VERY pricey, as high or higher than a car dealership, and it also doesn't help that they DON'T accept credit cards. The combination of very high prices plus no credit cards rules them out for emergency, unexpected repairs. It isn't helped by Kent's attitude; they seem to dislike to be questioned on details of repairs both before and after the work is done. It's kind of a ""don't you dare question me!"" or ""go away; don't bother me with detailed questions"" attitude. they could use some lessons in customer service and relations. I do alot of my own vehicle maintenance, used to do all of it on my Corvette when I had it, and I used to manage an office with a quarter of a billion dollars in insurance contracts, so I know both cars and what customer service and client relations are all about. Kent's would rate 4 stars, maybe 5, for their quality of work, but they rate poorly (no stars) by not accepting any credit cards and for their substandard customer/people relations. We've patronized Kent's for over 10 years, but no more because of their shortcomings.
Pros: Good quality work
Cons: Poor customer relations, no credit cards accepted
