We usually come twice a month. Love the atmosphere. Fast service. My wife like the homemade style spring roll and egg roll. The price is very reasonalbe. You will get hook on sushi, shaggi dog and taurus roll more

My daughter and I both enjoy this restaurant. We have been eating there 2 times per week (due to dr's visits near there). Each vist, we have been extremely pleased. The chef seems to have an artistic flair dressing the plates. Orders arrive quickly. We have never encountered any problems with the waiter/waitress. To top it all off, they are competitively priced! We both eat for $18.00-22.00. If you eat sushi you realize this is a great price. We found a real winner and really love this place. It is a small restaurant with a peaceful atmosphere. For fresh sushi at a great price, Kenshin is my favorite. The. Sushi is awesome, with a menu as varied as any anywhere. And while the quality is as good as Sugar Land's Town Square offerings or any of Houston's finer sushi joints, we get out of there for MUCH less. more

Greatly disappointed! I went there to try their sushi and was dispelased with the quality. Their sushi is absolutely tiny and the same price as other sushi restaraunts with regular sizzed sushi. Their tempura is not good. The sauce they give to go with it is totally watered down and tasteless. The service was average although the waitress did not refill the water. I do not recommend this place unless you just want mediocre sushi for an over the top price! more

My husband and I eat sushi a lot, and we're always on the lookout for good sushi. We first tried this place on a friend's referral, and we loved it. The appetizer and sushi came quick, and they were great. To note, we did come about 9:00 pm and we were practically the only ones there. We were so impressed by the food that we came back another day on a Saturday around 730 pm. Wow! I was disappointed with the service. We sat a very long time waiting for everything from someone greeting us to getting our drinks. We didn't get our appetizer until we were done with our sushi even though I asked our server about it several times. When we got our appetizer, the portion was terrible- there wasn't enough compared to the last time we were there. Our drinks never got refilled and we waited for a long time just waiting for our check and them foe them to charge our bill. I understand that Saturdays are busy, but I was a server for a long time, and that wasn't acceptable. I would go back just because the sushi is totally awesome, but I wouldn't go as often or during weekends anymore. They definitely need an extra waitstaff on weekends more

I've never been much of a sushi fan until i was invited to Kenshin. I have been there maybe 3 or 4 times and i did carry out once. I have ALWAYS been satisfied. Prices are great compared to other sushi places and service is wonderful. The sushi is absolutely phenominal. The place is very clean. I def. recommend it to anyone who lives near by... and even those who don't come out and try it... you'll love it!!! Cons: Amazing sushi more

We tried sushi a couple of times and never were big fans until a friend made us join him at Kenshin. We tried their house rolls (Jumping Maki, and Dallas Roll) We were hooked immediatly! It's a family owned place and the owners are the waitstaff. They get wuite busy at times and they are a small place so sometimes you have to wait a few minutes for a table, but nothing too long. We have been going here for a while now and never had a bad experience. They have by far the best sushi prices in our neighborhood and that Tuna Takai is to die for. If you are not into sushi and decide on their other menu items then be prepared to pay a little more high dollar than other places. Pros: Sushi, service, sushi pricing Cons: Dinner rush more
