I wish i had more hands so i could give this shop 4 thumbs down. I paid to have my dsm head rebuilt and they were gonna re-seat the values and do a three angle value job. I paid for this service and put my engine back together and after starting the engine realized that it was running extremely lean and rough. After paying someone to come look at my car and many hours of diagnosis we found out the engine was only running on cylinders 2 and 3. We then pulled the head and examined it with a light test and discover it was leaking light on cylinders 1 and 4. We then took it to the shop where they said they were unable to see any light leaking and that we had done something completely wrong in timing the engine, which ran when we started and then told me they would not do anything for me. I then took it back to my mechanic who proved it was leaking by removing the cams (which should seat all the valves) and putting water on top of each cylinder and seeing if it would let water through or not. As we told the shop in the beginning the water leaked on cylinders 1 and 4. I just called the shop back to inform them of this and they told me it had been to long since the work had been done and they weren't responsible. The Moral of the story is if you want to give your money to a shady shop Kens Kars is the place to go they are rude, irresponsible and take no pride in their work.
