I'm now spoiled. We tried several other sushi restaurants in the surrounding cities, but none compare to the quality and flavor offered at Ken's. People definitely know abou the place - I've been there twice before the doors open at 5 PM, and there's already a (short) line waiting to enter. Arrive early or expect to wait if you want to sit at the sushi bar. Dining room seating is usually available mid-week, but can back up on the weekends. There is almost no space set aside as a ""waiting"" area, so calling ahead for a reservation can certainly save you from standing near the register waiting for a seat. But, ah!, the sushi! I've enjoyed everything, but my visit would not be complete without ordering a Fire Roll. If you can handle spicy food, I guarantee that this will spoil you, too. As with many of their more interesting creations, the Fire Roll is hard to find on their smaller menu card.
Pros: Outstanding rolls, sushi and sashimi
Cons: Always busy - maybe need a bigger facility
