Ken's Custom Embroidery was able to duplicate the design of our company logo and turn around the product in a short amount of time. The price is fair and their shop is close to my work, which is convenient. They're all very courteous. It's been two or three years that we've been using their service. more

Quality product and fair service. 10/22/2013

Ken of Ken's Custom Embroidery has done several projects for me, primarily bocce shirts. I had two cycles of bocce shirts done with him and then we started doing some SIR bowling shirts. They were outstanding. I have recommend him to any of my colleagues who want to get bocce or SIR shirts. I think ken is easy to work with. He's fair in his price and he's willing to work with a group on price. I think he just has a good customer demeanor and I think he's fair. more

Flawless patchwork at a good price. 10/16/2013

I had a rolling bag from a previous employer. Ken from Ken's Custom Embroidery was able to put a patch over the old logo on the bag. It looks fantastic. The work was done quickly. I appreciated that Ken didn't charge me an arm and a leg. more

I opened up my own business about 3 years ago. Ken's Custom Embroidery used to be Eileen's Upholstery. Ken bought the business from Eileen and he's as good as if not better than she was. He gave me ideas about how to present my business on my apparel, and I appreciate his expertise and his quality of service. I find Ken's Custom Embroidery a benefit to the Contra Cotsa East area and to Antioch. more

Convenient, professional, and quick service 10/10/2013

We use Ken's Custom Embroidery to embroider the scrubs for our staff here at our medical facility. They do a very professional job. The turnaround is very quick, too. For our most recent experience with them, they said it would take five to seven days to complete the job, but they were ready in two days. They are located very near our facility, so we can drop off the scrubs and easily pick them up when they're ready. Ken has been great. We would recommend choosing them because they do an excellent job, and orders are done quickly. more

Ken of Ken's Custom Embroidery is great to work with. He does the embroidery for the aprons and ball caps we wear. We get them done every year and he is always so nice to work with. Ken is easy to work with and together we came up with a really nice design for our logo. Plus, it's a small, locally-owned business, which I am always happy to find and support! Ken's Custom Embroidery does our retirement gifts which are jackets. So every time a colleague retires, I call Ken who already has the pattern. They can produce the jacket I want in just 4 days which is quick. more

Quick, professional, friendly. 11/9/2012

I'm starting my own company, and I had Ken's Custom Embroidery do some shirts with my company logo on them. I asked him for five shirts and that's what he did. The only reason I don't give him 5s across the board is because of some confusion over the pricing. I asked him for a quote on shirts with a logo on one side and my name on the front. When I got the shirts, he charged extra for the name on the front even though he didn't say that the first time I called. more

I recommend Ken's Custom Embroidery all the time. I'm a general contractor and I hire him to do custom shirts for me. I found Ken two years ago, and he's done jackets, shirts, and other items for me since then. He does a great job, and is always done on time. He's very fair, and I'm happy with the way he presents his business. more

Ken's Custom Embroidery was very good and very efficient. There was a quick turnaround and had high-quality embroidery. I bought Carhartt jackets, and we had Ken's Custom Embroidery embroider the names of employees and the company. We had these jackets come in at different times, but there was a quick turnaround time and the quality was excellent. Ken really does a good job and we will be using him agian in they were very good very efficient, quick turnaround, high qualtiy embrodiery. bought carhartt jacketes. emborider employees names and name of the copmany. had these jackets come in at diff times. turnaroudn tiem and quailty was excellent. really does good job and will beusing again in the future Margie Hansen more
