I took my car to Ken's for repair. I ended up having to take it there THREE times for the SAME problem. They simply ""couldn't"" figure out how to fix the problem. Yet I had to PAY for it, three times. Like it was my fault they couldn't fix it. When my frustration grew I asked Ken, ""Why can't you fix this on 3 tries?"" His answer: ""What do you suggest? Are you a mechanic?""
