This was my worse experience with a groomer ever! The 'in charge' person would not tell me her name....but I have never seen anyone that stays in business with this type of rude attitude toward their customers. I would NEVER use them again. My dog was not clipped properly, she was cowering in a corner when I went to pick her up..terrified because they let her loose with all the dogs..and she is only 4 lbs and 12 years old.. hardly ready for all the puppy play. She was visibly shaken for days.. I would never put her through an experience with them again and I would advise anyone to not use them. HORRIBLE! more

I took my sweet, loving little Chihuahua to get his nails groomed. I asked the very irritable woman who did the filing whether or not she could grind his nails as opposed to cutting it which he is petrified of. Well, she gave me the meanest look and just grabbed my poor dog under his stomach and plopped him in the table without answering me. She proceeded to grind the nails and I could tell she was being aggressive because he was crying and jerking his paw away. I kick myself for not just taking my dog and leaving. I paid and even gave her a tip without looking at his nails because it is so small in there and other people were waiting. When i got home, my dog threw up, which he has never done before after being groomed. And to add insult to injury, she did not even trim the hair on his paws! I had to do it after I took him home. I'm NEVER going back to this horrible place again. more
