I have had great experiences with Kenny! He fixed my driver's side window -- which was quoted elsewhere as a $300 repair -- for less than $50! If I had known that I wouldn't have waited so long. My car also sang after he gave it a tune up. I trust him -- and that is a lot to say about a mechanic. more

Kenny is very thorough. He is detailed, and explains everything thoroughly, and I respect him for that. He is an honest guy, and does a good job. If I have any problems and need to take it back, he takes care of it. Aside from being a good mechanic, Kenny stays on top of things. He keeps good records, and knows exactly what I need when I take my van in. He takes the time to explain all the pros and cons about the different maintenance the van needs and I really appreciate it. He used to have a shuttle service, and it would be great if he had it again. I have to sit there while they work on my car, and the shop is so far away. Everything else is no problem though. I first found Kenny's Automotive Center through a AAA referral. I work less than a mile from the shop, so I can drop off the car in the morning and either walk or get a ride to work. I don't have to worry about renting a car for that day or any of that hassle. Doug also knows that I need the car to get home, so unless there is something really major, he has it ready that afternoon. I am on my second car with Kenny's Automotive, so I have probably been using them close to 10 years. The quality is good; I haven't had any problems. Doug is always really good about telling me what is coming up, if the brakes need to be changed in 10,000 miles for example, but he doesn't push work that doesn't need to be done. I am a single person, so I don't have someone else equally responsible for the car, and I depend on Doug a lot to check and make sure nothing is going to break. He has been very good at helping me with that. more

I started using Kenny's Automotive Center many years ago for a few different reasons: They were AAA-rated; my mother had gone there; and they had been in business for a very long time -- I think that longevity is a good sign. I have been very pleased with Kenny's Automotive. They have worked on 2 cars for me as well as my husband's truck. We take our vehicles there 2 times per year. The only time we ever even had the slightest bit of trouble with an auto repair, they searched until they found the issue, admitted that they had been at fault, and fixed it. They are very honest. When I thought I needed new tires, Doug checked it out and told me that I did not actually need new tires. I had completely forgotten that we had put new tires on recently. He was very upfront and I appreciated that. more

Doug is very easy to work with, accommodating, thorough, and detailed. He gives information when it is needed to help you make the right decision. He is completely professional. I have been going to Kenny's Automotive Center for about 5 years. I have used them for maintenance, large repairs, really the whole gamut. When they are finished, the vehicle turns out repaired and long lasting. more

These people are superb. I have been with Kenny's Automotive Center ever since Doug bought the place, and even before. It has been about 35 years. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I see Doug interact with customers, and he never looses his cool. He is patient and explains things clearly. He is a gem. They fix things perfectly. I don't think I have ever had to go back. Go ahead and take full advantage of their service and tell all your friends. more

kennys automotive center has really bad service they dont tell the amount of hours they put in and beat around the bush and say they are still trying to find the problem:i left my car for 6 hours, missed work and they found nothing so i had to leave it over night, hope they find something in the next 24 hour, please dont go there VERY VERY BAD service. more

I had a great experience with Kenny. Actually kenny is behind the scenes and a very nice guy who really knows his stuff about cars and stuff helps you. more
