Great A/C COMPANY 10/29/2010

I have been using Kenny's A/C and Heating for a very long time and when ever I had a problem with any A/C that they have installed Mr Kenny has always made it better if thier was a part that was needed he would bend over back wards for you. He always stands behind everything he say's and does. He is the most generous man I have ever met. May God bless every one. more

This guy Kenny " gets it" I called Bart Depury and they told me that my coil and condenser is 10 years old and that it's going to cost $3000.00 to fix my AC. Kenny's fuzzy little kid comes out and tells me that my 6 month old compressor has failed and that the part was under warranty and thus no charge and the coil is fine because they replaced it, they spend 5 hours fixing everything in a 140 degree attic and then TELLS ME THAT THERE IS NO CHARGE. His fuzzy little tech kid could not have been more gracious and went out of his way to explain to me what had happened. This guy Kenny goes above and beyond and should be recognized for his services he is a real good guy thank you so much Kenny. more

I have used Kenny' A/C and Heating for over 20 years and never have I had any problems with his service and or repairs they do all my rental's and is always fair and honest about prices and I know if their was a problem with my system Kenny would have it repaired it for free. more

Not a good A/C company! 9/23/2009

We had a new house built and they installed a new A/C system and the day we moved in the A/C went out. They said they were busy and it would be a few days to come out. Since then the A/C went out in a 30 day period to 3 to 4 and sometimes 6 months. We had them out at least 22 times to the house over 6 1/2 years. Pros: They inconvenienced us like crazy and they were clueless. Cons: They installed a new A/C system and it never worked right. more
