||[] I contacted Kennett Transmission 4-1-09 am and asked for Ed, Ed was not in so I spoke with Ryan - he was familiar with my vehicle. Ryan stated that maybe the filters were clogged. I told him they were changed, he insisted that they were not, I told him I have the list that was submitted and that the line item for filters had been crossed off. I asked him to have Ed call me. Ed did not Call. Later that evening about 5:45 I called again and spoke with the owner Ed and explained the problem, he insisted that he did not know what the problem was and that I should bring it back in. He stated an analogy of a new light bulb when plugged in sometimes doesn't work. I replied I have never had a new light bulb not work. ||[] At this point I reminded him of how I met him and his stated superior customer service. I asked at this point whether he was going to charge me again for diagnostics and whether the plugs were indeed cracked. (I asked for those parts with the receipt - they were not forwarded) .||[] It was at this point he told me that I was insulting his intelligence. I asked him to repeat what he said. He did. This conversation was witnessed by another who has also had a vehicle serviced and felt compelled to call because of positive past experiences and put in a follow up call and was promptly hung up on.||[] I will add that at no point in either was there an escalation of hostility on our part and that "Ed" of Kennett Transmission was very condescending and extremely complacent unlike his original sales and service speech.||[] Do not take your vehicle there for service. This shop can not be trusted to do even simple service in my opinion.
