I previously wrote about the horrible haircut I got at the Polaris location. I went in with very long hair and pictures of a long, almost collar-length bob. I started out with Erica. I wanted to donate my hair to cancer patients if possible, but she made a mistake when cutting off the ponytail and could not fix it. I was sent to Zoe who assured me that she could blend the missing chunk without taking off more length. (Erica had already cut it much shorter than I had asked.) I told Zoe that I hated the short in back and long in front look, but she proceeded to give me the reverse mullet. I was distraught when I saw what she had done because I knew it would not work with my very wavy hair. I asked them to wet my hair to see my natural texture with the style, but they refused and the manager, Nissa, told me I needed to leave then but that I could come back on Wednesday (it was Friday) to have Zoe show me how to fix it curly. They also would not show me a mirror to see the back. I left crying but when I got to my car, I used my phone to take pictures of the back. When I saw that Zoe had taken an additional 3 inches, I became hysterical (I lost a minimum of 15 inches in the back) and drove to the mall to buy a wig. The cut looked a hundred times worse when I washed it and my natural texture kicked in.
