An internist board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Kenneth Spiller specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and management of diabetes, heart disease and other acute and chronic illnesses. He is a New Iberia native who understands the unique health challenges and needs of Acadiana residents. Dr. Spiller earned a medical degree from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans before completing both his internship and his residency in internal medicine at University Medical Center in Lafayette. He is a member of the American College of Physicians.
