I was in to see the nurse practitioner since I guess you have to be practically dying to see a real doctor. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 9:30 appointment and proceeded to sit in the waiting room. People were coming in and some were even getting to see their doctor before me. Others had been there for so long like me that they started to snore. After 1 hour and 15 minutes I finally asked for a release of my medical chart saying that I would never be back. The receptionist barely seemed to raise her head when I told her this, and perhaps it is nothing new for her to hear. I finally got to the patient room around back and proceeded to wait for an additional hour. I began to put my clothes on and the nurse practitioner finally came in. When I told her I had been waiting for 2 hours and 15 minutes, she didn't even apologize!
I have lived all over the country and abroad and I have never witnessed such apathy and lack of professionalism from a doctor's office. I am posting this review because I feel that in order for a place to get better they need to review their problems.
Go here only if it is the only place within 25 miles that accepts your insurance and you have taken the entire day off at work!
