Best we've experienced. 12/1/2010

Kennel Club USA was recommended by a friend that is the CEO of a well known company located in Columbus. We have tried every kennel around Columbus. No other place has such a facility not to mention land for the dogs to run outside. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. It will be our dog's home away from home. more

Fantastic 12/2/2008

We usually use pet sitters. Decided to try this at Thanksgiving after hearing such great things from neighbors. We already reserved Christmas & Spring Break. This place is what we all hope to find. more

Avoid 8/16/2007

Had a very negative experience with this place. My dog had a serious health issue occur while in for grooming. They didn't recognize or acknowledge what happened. I ended up with a very high grooming bill (twice what I pay my normal grooming professional), and an emergency vet bill.This was a nightmare experience made worse by the unprofessional and almost cruel way it was handled by the business. more

not professional!! 3/2/2007

their staff did not know anything about the kennel!!! did not seem to like animals. not profeesional at all. their kennels are indoor/outdoor, the dogs can get wet, cool, hot in the summer, how do they keep the flys out in the summer??? do not go to them more
