I basically trust these guys with everything I've got. They truly genuinely care about my dogs and they don't beat around the bush but they tell it like it is- if they don't know something (which is rare) they will be honest, and find out the answer, or direct you to the best possible place to receive the care. \r \r Dr. Brandt in particular is our veterinarian, and she genuinely knows what she's doing and has been there for our dogs for the past 5 years. I just had my dog spayed by Dr. Brandt yesterday, and I literally can barely see an incision mark (and it's only been one day). It's either my dog is a miracle dog, or the work she did was fantastic... probably the latter. \r \r Bottom line is, whatever these guys do, they do it well and they truly are the best of the best. more

Dr. Hudman is a great Vet who we have complete confidence in. We drive from Arcadia to Chandler just so our dogs can be seen by him and the rest of the Kennel Care staff. SO worth the commute - wouldn't think about going anywhere else! \r Thanks Dr. Hudman for all the great care you've provided over the years.\r more

Dr. Hudman saved my dogs life on 2006! After 4 different vets, several diagnosis, 3 procedures, and thousands of $$$, Dr. Hudman, took the time to listen to me, as well as research her history. He called each previous vet to find out what they had to say other than what was in her file. Lilly had a type of allergy! With the right meds and care, Lilly was back to normal. Dr Hudman is by far the best vet I have ever been to in all my 20 years of owning pets. His staff is (stable-bonus) very friendly, and they always call the next day to see how we are doing. I LOVE his groomers too! I have two new dogs now and Dr. Hudman is still as gentle, caring, and genuinely concerned as he was the first day I met him in 2006. Thank you Dr. Hudman!\r more

We have taken our pets to Kennel Care since the day we moved here from Baltimore in 1992. Our pets have always received understanding and loving care from Dr. Hudman and his entire staff. Dr. Hudman is the most dedicated and caring veterinarian we have ever known. We have, sadly, experienced the grief of losing 4 of our beloved pets to old age, cancer or some incurable illness and Dr. Hudman has handled each of those sad events with professionalism, empathy and caring, even to somehow finding time in his busy schedule to send us sincere handwritten notes of condolence in each case. We would not consider seeing someone else in the care of our pets. From the front office staff to the kennel staff to Dr. Hudman and Dr. Lind, Kennel Care is head and shoulders above any other veterinary clinic in our experience. In an emergency, we would drive by 20 vet clinics to get our pets to Kennel Care for treatment. more

I used to like them. I have 9 animals and visit often. They tried to charge a consultation fee 30 days after a consultation. I was never told of this fee originally. They are losing my business over $75. They pick and choose who they charge for services. I know for a fact, they don't charge the customer that referred me. Instead they make up charges for me. NO LONGER! Moving on to bigger and more reasonable. more

I have taken my pets to Kennel Care Vet Hospital for the last 18 years and have not had any issues with them. Dr Lind and her staff are very professional and have excellend bed side manner. Our oldest dog who was 18 years old was not eating anymore, could not see or hear and we had come to the point where we had to let him go. It was a very emotional time for us and they handled the situation with great ease and care. I would not see anyone else for our vet care. They have always informed me of the cost of all services and have reasonable rates compared to other Vet Hospitals. Excellent front desk staff and very knowledgeable doctors. Keep up the good customer service and care. It's obvious that they love what they do..!!! more

We have been going to Kennel Care for over 11 years and we have never been disappointed with the service that we receive or the prices of the services. They work with you when you let them know that you are on a budget and they will try to keep the costs as low as they can without endangering your animals. They love kids and really enjoy it when the kids are involved in the care of their animals. I love Dr. Hudson, he is so caring and kind. I'm awestruck by the previous reviews... if you don't see the signs posted in EVERY room at Kennel Care requesting that you discuss fees beforehand if you have any questions .... well, I don't know what to tell you. Jeez. We don't love paying our vet bills either, but this is one of the responsibilities of a pet owner, just like picking up the poop. Kennel Care understands that you may not have the budget for every test and procedure; ASK FIRST, they're not psychics, they're vets. We've been going to this vet for years. We are always treated with the utmost respect, and so are our family pets. We recommend them to family and friends. Pros: Everyone here really cares about critters!! Cons: Sure, it can be pricey, but it's MEDICAL CARE. more

Took my dogs in for annual immunizations and grooms. $244 for shots and they did heartworm tests without asking either and just charged for it. Will be changing vets after this. more

Took my dog in for debris in his hear. They took a swab and diagnosed the problem. Then the vet picked up my dog, said ""I'm going to go clean out his ear really quick, I'll be right back"", and left the room. She never asked if I wanted that service.. I wasn't given a choice.. She said she was leaving to do it an promptly left. Guess what was on the bill? a $15 charge for an ear cleaning that I was never given a choice about. This was my first time in with a new dog.. I'll be looking elsewhere for a permanent vet. A $105 bill for an ear yeast infection is ridiculous. Cons: Older building - long wait more

We've been clients of Kennel Care for over 14 years. Both my Lab's have had wonderful care over their long\r lives. From the early years to our dog's senior years and finally up to their passing on, Dr. Hudman and Dr. Lind have been a wealth of information, care and advice. \r We've recommended numerous friends to Kennel Care and they've all been very happy. \r We now have a new pup and will be getting another one in the fall. They will both be patients of Kennel Care\r for all their treatments and needs. \r Keep up the great work! \r \r more

I have been going to this vet. for a few years, and I LOVE them! They are the best!!! On my last visit my puppy made puddles everywhere, I tried to clean it up, but they were so nice about it and they took care of it. They have always been nice when we walk through the door, I would recommend this vet. office to anyone . I too can't believe the 1 neg. response (makes me think something was wrong with the dog). My other dog had to have surgery and they took such great care of him, there is no question that I would go back for anything. Dr. Carol Lind is the best, she has such a sweet heart - you know that this is what she should be doing with her life. My friend doesn't like her vet. so she is switching to mine, and she will be driving a longer distance, but they are worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: caring vets. and great office environment Cons: Don't like the parking lot, lol, but if this is the worst thing I can say then you know it's a great place! more

We've had our 6 dogs with Kennel Care for 11 years and can't say anything negative about their love for our animals. I can't understand how the one reviewer had so much negative to say. It's just not true! \r Would like to have a staff member on premises 24-7 however. \r It's clean, and awesome! Pros: loving, knowledgeable, and very caring! Our two Great Danes have been seeing Dr. Hudman since they were 6 weeks old. Our Danes are brother and sister and they are the rulers of our house, we are guests. Our male has had a couple of issues while he was growing up and had to go visit the amazing folks and Kennel Care. They have always treated our dogs and us with nothing but love and respect. I know when if I have to leave either Zoey or Brigadier there they will always get nothing but the best attention. They love the treats the front office staff give them and how they are loved. We drive 45 minutes just to see Dr. Hudman and his staff. If you are looking for a vet that will care for your animal and treat your animal as if it were there own, than this is the place. I took my dog to Kennel Care based off of a recomendation and wish that I hadn't. I trusted the staff to follow the directions that I had left and also care for my dog using common sense. They over medicated my dog when I had verbally given directions and there were directions on the medication bottle. I assumed that since this is also a veterinary clinic that they would know better. Obviously not. When we picked her up her left leg was injured and they ""just didn't know what happened"". When a dog is being looked after appropriately injuries do not occure. Especially when they are in a kennel. I would not recommend taking any animal to this kennel. Unless you want your animal not look after and injured. Cons: Over medicate and don't look after! more

I have been a ""patient"" of Dr. Hudman and Dr. Lind since 1998. Since that time I moved 1st to North Scottsdale and now reside in Queen Creek and though it would have been easier to find a vet in the immediate area, I chose to remain with Dr. Hudman, Dr. Lind and their team. The genuine care and concern made it a no brainer. Sadly, I lost my baby ""Ben"" this week after a 4 month battle. He was only 8. Dr. Hudman and his team did everything they could and then some to save him, they cared about Ben as if he were their own. I'm here to tell you that this is the vet you want on your side if it comes down to the wire. Dr. Hudman fought for Ben as if it were to save his own life, I took Ben there practically every day to be checked and though Ben lost his battle, he knew he was loved by everyone there, they showed him that each time they saw him, and that meant the world to me and to him. I have 3 more babies at home, they will all continue to be patients at Kennel Care. I came on this site to write an email to Dr. Hudman and his team to thank them for all they have done for us through this, these dogs are my children, the loss is beyond painful, so picking up the phone has been out of the question. But instead of an email address I found this and what better way to say thank you than to tell everyone what an incredible office this is. I'd drive my babies hours if necessary to make sure they were in the best hands and the best hands and the kindest hearts are at Kennel Care. I can personally guarantee this.
