I bought a Chevy from the store in Fairview Heights and it was a great deal. Furthermore I had car trouble and Dan helped me out despite the fact it was clearly not in the warranty. Give that store a shot if you are in the area. If your experience is half as good as mine, you wont regret it. more

I would for sure reccomend to anyone. Dan was great. He encouraged us to look around, even check out the other lots. After I found the car I liked (at Fairview) he encouraged us to drive the car around as long as we would like. He even would tell us the cars he wouldn't want to sell because of issues! I read bad reviews about other stores but is definatly say stop by Fairview and work with Dan! more

i only had $500 in pocket when i went here dan working with me to get me in a great car even though they didnt have anything for $500 down he let me come back in two weeks with rest of down payment, still have the car today and running great, chasisty is very understandable when it comes to payments ""just keep it real with her"" and i do plan on buying another car from this location. thanks guys more

first of ALL these car dealers are associated with RON. MY car is junk!!!! he's a sweet talker and makes promises and doesn't keep them. they have an F rating with the BBB and are not accredited. TONS of complaints went unresolved on there. and if you even look on the BBB is says that those businesses are all ran together. i've even had calls from the fairview heights one. obviously someone is a crook on here. please dont buy a car from them. I even test drove a car and we found out there was an oil leak and the next day a lady had bought the car and called in complaining about it and they said they knew nothing about which I KNOW they did. more

Confused After checking out the blog which is under construction I noticed a quick Google search linked here. I do not know of a ""Ron"" as the complainant mentioned but I assure you he is not the salesman on the lot at the Fairview Heights location. I am not arguing or challenging the position of the unsatisfied customer but I will say that I have recently spoken to a few buyers and they are quite pleased with the service of this store. They are rumored to have over 150 cars and seek to increase that number to 250 by next summer. Check them out and judge for yourself because my introduction to Dan last Wednesday was fruitful and a stark contrast to the mentioning I have heard so far. Does anyone have something specific to say about THIS STORE? If so I would be interested in hearing as much ASAP. I am writing a piece on them later this week. Check out the blog for yourself. Difference of Opinion Most of the complaints on these forums should be investigated in the same detail as the complaints themselves force potential buyers to question the business practices of said dealer. With that being said I med a man named Dan Gardner at the Fairview Heights lot (fairly new I presume), and my experience was quite different. Not only was he flexible for the payments and down payment options, but he offered us to test drive it for hours instead of minutes and encouraged us to take it to any garage and have it checked. There were a few minor things wrong with the vehicle (as is with the majority of used cars eventually!), but he actually had them fixed immediately and took 1000 dollars off the price without my even asking. I don't know about the aforementioned complaints as I was not there but since I did not see Dan's name there I am asking that you give the guy a shot.
