Inspect and service vehicle prior to selling it. 3/22/2014

Vehicle purchased with bad rotors. Advised vehicle needed the recommended 30,000 mile service. Advised cost of $575. Should have been completed prior to selling vehicle with 32,000 miles. more

Over all it was a great experience. I couldn't made an appointment before arriving to the dealership, so I was expecting not to be taken. And I was ok with that since I know sometimes are very busy and is better to make an appointment for service. But Marcelino check the schedule for other services and made it possible for the service of my car. Really appreciate that. more

Excellent Service (As Usual) 3/10/2014

Every time I pass by the service department my car is treated as if it is the only car there. They are prompt to assist me and typically finish repairs ahead of the time they indicate on their paperwork. I have never had an issue with any work done to my vehicle while in their care and would highly recommend them to any Hyundai owner interested in a quality Service location. I have dealt with Pauldier Saiz since obtaining my vehicle back on March '11 and he has been a huge help during any of my service appointments. more
