KUDOS TO KEN TYSON PLUMBING/A-1 EXPRESS 1/13/2009

KUDOS TO KEN TYSON!!!!\r Thanks Ken Tyson and plumbers. During the Holidays my kitchen sink had a small leak and my dishwasher wouldnt drain water, called Tyson Plumbing, they sent someone the next day ( I didnt expect same day service nor did i expect exact time, You dont even get that at a Dr.s office). The plumber called me and told me he was on his way (just like the office personnel said he would do) and he fixed both problems, and the bill wasnt that bad, for what all he did. The plumber that came was very courteous and professional. I will HIGHLY recommend Ken Tyson Plumbing/ A-1 Plumbing Express more

My experience with Ken Tyson Plumbing aka...someone local but not. 12/23/2008

It was bad and then good.Ken Tyson's son came out and made it all better! For about 2 weeks, then I receive the bill for what Mr. Tyson told me was not going to show up in my mail box. WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN 11/21/2008

I had a small kitchen sink that was leaking. Called Ken Tyson. \r It was my day off work and I had things to do . Was told they would come between 8 and 12. 12 oclock rolls by and nobody here and nobody called. I finally got a call at 1:12 saying they were on the way. By that time I had already called another company. \r They never even had the consideration and common courtesy of calling to say they were running late. When the tech did call he never mentioned anything about being late or apologizing for me having to wait five hours on my day off for them. \r I just called another Plumber that is more professional and courteous. more

Deceptive and bullying 10/24/2008

This is the same outfit as A-1 Express Plumbing with local number for Lexington and surrounding communities. Not do they conceal their costs, use their time inefficiently and inflate their billing hours, they have a relationship with my local plumbing inspector such that he will approve work that does not meet code and will interfere in legal action to support Tyson. Avoid this plumber like the plague. more
