Worst

Screwed up our van doing a simple tune-up!! Pulled an oxy-sensor or wire and caused the catalytic converter to self desstruct and ruined the exhaust!! Almost left me strande...

Ken scales automotive is the best auto repair service I've ever used. We took our vehicle there and had an auto diagnostics done they found the exact problems and completed the auto repair and it was the best price we have received. Thanks again ken scales automotive! more

Pretty good place 7/14/2009

I've been there 4 times, and they have always been on target. Fair prices, and the work is done correctly. I have heard bad stories, always third party ones, and always from years ago. more

I would not take my automobile to anyone else in Medford Oregon. Ken was honest and told it like it was. His guys made mistakes once in a while but I can tell you, Mr Ken Scales always made it Right without hesitation. I moved from Medford to Phoenix Arizona and had a hard time finding a shop with the same work ethic,skills and honesty as Ken Scales Automotive. Ron, Feb. 2008 more

Can't please everyone... 9/18/2006

I guess it's true that you can't please everyone. Ken Scales has been handling all of my automotive needs for about eight years now. True, he can be gruff when someone goes to another shop with an issue, rather than returning to him so he can make it right. He does usually get it right the first time though. I send ANYONE I know to Ken because I know they'll get the truth, even if it's not what they want to hear. I trust Ken, I trust his prices, I trust his mechanics and most of all I trust his integrity. more

Morons!!! 1/3/2006

Screwed up our van doing a simple tune-up!! Pulled an oxy-sensor or wire and caused the catalytic converter to self desstruct and ruined the exhaust!! Almost left me stranded in CA. Went back to complain only to have the mechanic just turn his back on me and walk away.... Then KEN SCALES himself called me and started cussing me out on the phone for complaining?!?!?! I'm not the only one that has told nightmare stories and I've heard many others. I WOULDN'T LET KEN SCALES CHANGE A HUBCAP!!!!! more
