I did not have the complete attention of the hairdresser as not only was he working on my hair by also was working on another customer...

A visit with Debi 1/2/2012

It's hard for me to do this every time I come because I always have a good experience with Debi. If I didn't, I would not drive 30 there and back home. more

appointment 12/12/2011

I made an appointment for 1:00 on sat. I was there at 12.45. There was a woman with 3 children and a baby sitting there. I felt that she was put ahead of my appointment, which I would have been okay with. The problem was Jenice was, now, running late, and I felt that she was working very hard on my head, and she was rushing. I never felt like this before, and I don't know why that lady with the baby was put ahead of me. She had highlights done, which means she wasn't just coming in for a haircut. I don't know what the problem was, but I never felt this way before. I'm sure this was one time only problem. more

Excellent hair salon 12/10/2011

I was the last week with my 4th old daughter and had a fantastic,relaxing time.I Loved my hair it was a restyle,and my reluctant daughter had a lovely experience one on one...truly a very welcoming professional and very personable salon,I psonally feel if u only come in once every 4months or in every week the same welcome u get.... more

Amanda is a great hairstylist. She does a beautiful job on my hair and is an interesting conversationalist. She made me laugh a lot and listens well to what I have to say. I admit I would have liked the head message to be longer but you can't have everything. I always enjoy going to get my hair done and seeing Amanda, who feels like a friend to me! more

Appointments? 12/8/2011

I have been a customer for years. Each time I go, I am taken at least 15 mintues late. I find this to be unacceptable. The stylist always makes jokes about it. Frankly, I would hope that my time is more valuable than this. more

Amazing attention to return clients 12/6/2011

250 words is not enough room to express how much I love Ken and company!!! From cuts to color to massage and Waxing.. They are proffesionals, artists and amazing people... ALL the time!!! Whether i am getting a trim or looking for a new me Hideko is always there to give me exactly what I am looking for and always makes it look like it belongs to me.. The experiance and expertise that all of these stylist have is above and beyond expectation everytime. The few times I have strayed I have absolutly regretted it and come back to Ken and Company and they fix me up... I have learned my lesson.. I won't go anywhere else again! more

Jenise is a great hair stylist. She is quick, efficient, and does a superb job. My time with her is well planned and no time is wasted, which is much appreciated since we all live busy lives. I have been going to Ken and Co. for years and will continue to do so. more

Highlight and Style with Amanda 11/16/2011

Relaxing experience on Tuesday eve with Sam and Amanda. Amanda was asking all the best questions about my wishes for my hair and I was happy to convince her to take the lead. She is great with color and gives you some options too. Then the relaxing shampoo with Sam, it felt so good! Nice massage and the water was perfect.I was hoping she might rinse and repeat! Then back to Amanda, she did a cut that was a little different that I have had before and she styled it so smooth and stylish. She also suggested an Aveda product that I could use to get the smooth styling that she gave me( we will see how I do ). Great relaxing night with a fantastic look at the end of the experience. Loving it! more
