Too expensive and way too incompetent! After they ""throw in"" the shipping charge (from their own warehouse) the part will cost you the same as at dealer. Their level of expert...

Grateful for honest people in the car business! 4/10/2012

I had been taking my BMW to a local shop that did not specialize in European cars because I thought they would be cheaper but I always had so many problems after even a simple oil change. Finally a friend told me to try Ken Bakers and not only were they actually CHEAPER, but the other shops had used the wrong size spark plugs and stripped the bolt on my oilpan by using an American nut with the wrong threads!!! more

Their level of expertise is WAY below the dealer's, LYING is probably one thing they do well... And I'm not the only one with such low opinion of them - ask around! Or rather save yourself some time and aggravation and stay away! more
