Kelly's Sports Bar

- Jeff's prepared my returns for 4 or 5 years now. Pretty basic return I'm salaried and my wife stays home. He's reasonable and provides good service.\r - I was introduced to Jeff by by ex-husband. A few friends and I stopped in here on a Saturday night when Mercury Lounge was super crowded - a total dive bar this place has certain characteristics that kept us there late night. 1) The drinks were poured well and an average LES price 2) The music was FANTASTIC 3) the bubble hockey game is addicting 4) the bartender was hysterical. It seemed like everyone in there knew his name, he actually gave a buy back, and seemed quite intelligent. Only down side were the bathrooms - could be a bit cleaner! I like this place a lot. Of all the bars to choose from I came across Kelly's. I am the type that says a bar is a bar, but this place adds a little zing to that. The people at the bar are friendly, and the bar itself is stocked with all the right bottles. I am always on the look out for a good time sports bar, and this one really has it all. I mean bubble hockey, pool table, juke box, great drink specials, a lot of T.V's, and sports! Great place to watch football. Great bar scene too. Pros: Drink Specials, Game Night! more

If you love sports, this is the place to go! The staff is more than willing to check for any sporting event, and there are TV's everywhere, so you can watch baseball AND U.F.C if you want!! The staff is quick witted and fast with the booze, so I'm a fan for life!! more

As a female, I am normally dragged to sports bars with my boyfriend and his friends to watch ""The Game"". Its not really my thing. . . but we decided to try a new place we found on city search. We came across a listing for Kelly's. I had a great time! The drink specials are great, everyone who worked there was awesome, a Super-friendly crowd and I wasnt stuck watching every minute of the game. . . there are pool tables in the back! I would recommend this bar to any sports fan and every girlfriend of a sports fan. A good time for All. . . Pros: Drink Specials & Friendly atmoshpere. more

I found this place on Citysearch and thought I would give it a try. I am glad I did. FIrst off when you walk in the first thing you notice is the bubble hockey table and the pool table in the back. I had a great time playing bubble hockey, I felt like a kid again playing that. The reason I went in the first place is because I wanted to watch the Chicago Cub's play the Cardinals and not have to fight with all the Met and Yankee fans so I can watch my game amongst my Cubby Fans in peace. l reccommed this Bar to any sports fan, or to anyone looking for a great happy hour special. All the bar tenders were very attentive, and very friendly. They dont serve food here but they have a bunch of menus behind the bar for local delivery spots. I will be here again real soon.
