We have had excellent, friendly, and helpful customer service from Mike Weaver. All of the other staff in the lighting section have been helpful and friendly during our many visits to the store. He has gone out of his way to find products that fit our needs for our flooring and kitchen remodel and for flooring and kitchen counters at my mother's home.
I recommended Kelly's, and Mike in particular, to my boss and he has also been very satisfied.
We recently bought four appliances from Brian in appliance sales and were pleased with his service. I recommended Kelly's to another co-worker and she is in the process of buying three appliances from Kellys.
As I stated to Mike, the one thing I would correct is to educate the appliance sales crew about the good work being done in the flooring and counter departments.
We have had a few bumps in the road during the remodel process of our two locations. We have built two homes and remodeled one and seriously doubt the remodel process can proceed without a few delays as so many product providers and installation crews are involved. We were pleased with the prompt resolution to the problems.
