There are far more applicants than jobs, so anyone assuming that they can get to the top of the list and get special treatment because of some self proclaimed grand experience or qualifications, are in for a ""rude"" awakening in this job climate. Most employers and job services don't have time for the snooty when there are so many applicants to choose from. Dress for success, be patient, be courteous, and hope you stand out from the crowd. I'm watching people get turned away at fast food restaurants. This is NOT the time to be brash and over-confident. more

Now correct me if I am wrong,is this NOT a staffing agency,she wouldn't let me talk with someone about my application or resume,they are suppose to help people get work,STAY AWAY THIS PLACE IS A JOKE more

Not the worst but far from the best. 10/24/2011

If not for the bad economy, I would have nothing to do with this place. Seems like they are in the business of just filling seats and not fitting the best talent with the best positions. I often wonder if they even look at resumes before they assign. Professionalism and customer service is lacking in the recruiters and support staff. For example... I was sent to an assignment this morning only to be turned away because Kelly had the start date incorrect. WTF? Very seldom do I hear a good word about this place. A recovered economy would put this place out of business and I would be happy for it gone. more

Horrible place to work 8/27/2008

I went to the Kelly Services to apply for a subtitute teacher position a week ago. I came across with their horrible attitude toward applicants. The recruiter guy told me to go home and change my clothes in order to be able to fill an application. This is not a place where professionals may want to work. They don't hire you for your qualifications, they hire you for your look. I hope Duval will take the control of hriring substitutes again! more
