Prompt, replace only the parts needed, reasonably priced. 8/31/2011

I am not in the habit of calling for a repair on something I can fix myself. Due to recent shoulder surgery I needed to make the call. I can't say enough about the excellent service we received from Kelly Plumbing & Heating. The service tech was prompt, thorough, and informative. The job was completed in about an hour and the price was less than expected. more

We had a wiring problem from a thermostat to the thermos. The team at Kelly Plumbing & Heating actually resolved the problem in the best possible manner without tearing our walls! They fixed the new line, and it was great. Kelly Plumbing went the extra mile. I believed I found them through the Yellow Pages. I talked to them, compared them with other vendors, and decided to use them. I was very pleased with the services and product that Kelly Plumbing & Heating provided. I have no complaints at this point! more

Ryan came to my house yesterday and today. He serviced the heater and was very professional and tidy. Today, he returned to install a new thermometer unit and explained very clearly how to program it and use it. He was quick, professional and a pleasure to have work at my house. more

Overall good experience 8/24/2011

Called Kelly P & H to help with a non-functioning A/C unit. They were able to schedule a same day appointment and the technician (Ryan) arrived on time. Technician got right to work and was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and efficiently (Issue was that the A/C unit needed a hard start kit). The repair was made without first consulting me --in the future I would like to be consulted first-- but this is a minor issue since I was happy the repair. Overall, I am very pleased with this experience and will be calling Kelly P & H if i have future needs. more

The crew arrived on time and fully prepared even though they had never seen the location. The new water heater was installed and brought up to code with (in my opinion) a very high level of professionalism. The quality of the work is outstanding. more

Jim Kelly installed our new furnace several years ago. The new furnace which replaced an ancient gravity heat furnace is such an improvement. Every year Kelly Heating reminds us it is time to have the system inspected and cleaned and the filters replaced. Ryan has just finished this year's service and I could not be more confident that we are ready for another winter. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Just give Anna a call; she will put everything in motion. more

Very professional, easy to work with and the work was done quickly and completely. 8/6/2011

I called Kelly Plumbing and Heating to clean my dryer vent. They came highly recommended by a friend and I wasnt disappointed. My call into the company was very easy, the person who answered the phone and set the appointment was knowledgeable of their services and the I was able to get an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. I was pleasantly surprised when Ryan showed up at the beginning of the appointment window and he completed the work quickly and with no mess at all. There also wasnt any other hard sales pitch for other services like with some other companies, but he answered questions so knowledgeably that I will definitely be calling them back for other work. more

Professional and personable, hardworking and honest. 8/3/2011

Kelly Plumbing & Heating are terrific. Recently, they sent a couple of young guys out--turns out they were brothers--and they worked so methodically and efficiently, it was a joy to watch. Their plumbing is terrific. And the service is so good, so responsive. Jim, the owner of the company, gives good advice and knows what he's talking about. Everyone I've dealt with from Kelly is very professional and knowledgeable. I wish I had more plumbing to do, because they are a pleasure to work with. David Lake more

My husband and I were very impressed with Kelly Plumbing and Heating from the moment we contacted them regarding our problem. They were prompt in responding to us, diagnosing the problem and providing us with a quote to replace our heater/air conditioner. We were amazed at how fast everything happened and the new system was installed. The two gentlemen that installed the unit were polite, extremely neat in their work and did an outstanding job.
