Service was quick, affordable, and perfect 6/13/2011

The service department opened promptly, the person who spoke to me was chipper and nice, and service techs of all shapes and sizes were fighting to help me get my baby carrier and myself to the waiting room (which is harder than it may seem). When I spoke to the woman inside who was assigned to me, she even remembered having spoken to me the day before! Service was quick, affordable, and perfect. I'll definitely be back the next time I need service. more

This dealership had 2 pre-owned Rogues. We had one in 6 months and it sold in 15 minutes after we posted it on http://cars.com. Ya, we're going to sell 6 of these new Rogues today alone." So they didn't really need our business but Kelly Nissan in Beverly was very happy to have our business and it showed. more

very nice and professional 5/2/2011

I just purchaced a Versa, 3 months ago we leased a Rouge for our daughter. Eric was the salesman, very nice and professional. Both deals went smoothly. I asked if the delivery could be moved up a day, due to weather, and it was. The finance guy was great, all through both deals, there was no pressure, none of the 'lines' that car salesmen use to push the sale. I would go back. more

honest dealer with good service 4/20/2011

My experience over 30 years has been an honest dealer with good service. Charlie is my salesman and Gladys is my service advisor. I love Nissan as a less expensive car, and I have always been given good advice and fair prices. And when there's a cheaper way to get service done, they will tell us about it. more

walked away with an awesome deal! 4/18/2011

I was in the market for a used SUV, Don was very patient with me as I test drove a number of vehicals. In the end I finally settled on a Ford Explorer. The SUV was imaculate even though the vehical was at least 3 years old it looked brand new. Don walked me through the usual paperwork ritual and he worked to with his management team to get me the best possible deal. I walked away with an awesome deal! Everyone involved in the deal was great. more

I recently purchased a pre-owned car from Kelly Nissan in Beverly. The sales staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They spent a lot of time helping me find a car in my price range that fit the criteria that I was looking for. I never felt rushed and appreciated the variety of pre-owned vehicles that I was able to choose from in my price range. I also got a follow-up call 2 weeks later to see how I liked the car and to also see if I had any questions about it. I highly recommend this dealership. more

I bought a used vehicle from Kelly Nissan and after the purchase i had "buyers remorse". Eric reassured that the altima that i bought was certified pre-owned and i would be taken care of. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Kelly Nissan and Eric are a great team. more

We had a great experience 4/5/2011

When they answer the phone at Kelly Nissan they say "We make it easy". And they do! I first walked into the dealership and met Stephen Ashe in Nov 2009. I shopped, and shopped, different makes, different vehicles. I had narrowed it down to two makes of car. I went to Kelly on Saturday Feb. 6, 2010. With NO BS, NO Theatrics, I came away buying the most beautiful Maxima you have ever seen. They gave me an excellent price on the car, more for my trade than anyone else, a totally pleasant experience. My husband and I picked up the car Monday night, it was washed, vacuumed, gassed up and ready to go. Mr. Ashe gave us an indepth tour of the car, and actually made the experience fun. I think a lot of people don't buy new cars because of how they are treated at dealerships. This one is not like that. Everyone was nice to us,even the salesmen we did not work with were congenial and pleasant. We had a great experience, I will recommend this dealership and Stephen Ashe without reservation. more
