The MI Court of Appeals ruled today that Kelly scams people out of their money, then takes the people who try to get their money back throughout the court systems until finally the C of A said enough is enough and forced the scammers to pay the people's attorney fees and sanctions for abusing the legal system. If you've received a ""flyer"" in the mail saying that you've won prizes and it encloses a coupon for money off towards the purchase of a vehicle...BEWARE!!!! I actually went out to check it out and they were so full of it !!! I see why they have to resort to such scams! I wouldn't suggest this car lot to anyone looking to buy a car! There were several couples out there who were also being given an ""I'm sorry"" story to also! This flyer also claims you have won two prizes...which I'm going to check on tomorrow. If this part is also a scam I am considering rounding up people who have also received this flyer to file a claim against them. Pros: Looks quite professional from the outside as well as the salesmen. Cons: In Mason and they have to resort to scams to try to get business. more

They will do anything in order to get you in at any cost and feel as though they are doing YOU a favor!!!! Actually spoke with the manager who wouldn't listen, keep talking over me and apparently has no concern for the customer or he'd listen before speaking his speal on a sale!!!! ""I'm a businessman"" was his only defense...he had no concern for the situation or wished to resolve it. Because I couldn't speak and he keep speaking over me although I indicated I was still speaking I had to hang up on him...how pathetic is that for a ""businessman!"" more
