I have been using Kelley's Flowers (from out-of-state) for years whenever I've needed a beautiful arrangement for funerals, etc. Not only have I found the arrangements to be consistently beyond my expectations in size/beauty, but I have been able to rely on them for prompt delivery of the flowers. I would highly recommend them and will continue to be a faithful customer for years to come. I ordered a Valentine's Day orchid by phone for my elderly parents the day before the holiday. Unfortunately, the shop could not deliver it on the 14th, which was ok. However, the plant that arrived on the 15th was a mediocre stalk two feet high with a few small white blooms at the top. I called the shop from California and my parents also called from Massachusetts, and for several days, we still had only reached an answering machine. Finally, Kelly's called me, and promised to replace it within two or three days. By five days, the plant was still not replaced. I am not sure if they are part timers, or just too swamped to service orders, but I would not recommend them. Pros: LIsted online. Cons: Poor service, non-responsive to phone calls. more
