I was very unhappy with the service from my other property manager. I found the Wess team at Keller Williams - TriValley Management and was amazed. They were very professional and helpful. I had a lot of questions. Mr and Mrs Wess worked very well together. The listing /signing process was very easy considering I live out of state. Also, they had the experience and credentials of a Certified Property Management. I have told others about their great service. more

Very unpleased... No only do they not communicate with clients. They DO NOT communicate with each other. Mr. Wess has to make up excuses for their lack of following through. As for Mrs. Wess she just DOES NOT communicate at all. Will not refer their to anyone. Pros: NONE!! Cons: Miss leading, Dishonest$, No communication. more
