I recommended Dr. Burke to a new co-worker and while checking-in, he saw his next door neighbor and I have since met another patient. That makes four peiople I know who continue to use him -- not bad since I've only lived here a short time. Personally, I found the waiting time to be shorter than with other physicians. Dr. Burke tends to be old school family practioner who takes care of most problems in his office, rather than sending simple jobs to specialists. However, when he saw something unusual, he was quick to refer me to a specialist who concurred with his diagnoses. He takes time with patients and actually remebers to follow-up on things he said should be done.\r

His physician's assistant is wonderful -- even better than he. Take an appointment with her over him anytime. She has a very practical approach to giving advice in terms that are understandable. She also presents reasons and ramifications in very firm terms.
Pros: Experience and abilities. Not overly busy
Cons: No strong cons found in two years
