Very Satisfied. You really find out the quality of a company when a mistake is made. The driver caught a tie rod when he hooked the vehicle but the owner completely made it right including having the car towed back to my house as to not inconvenience me. He personally called me that evening to make sure everything was satisfactory. The driver was clean, polite and professional and absolutely refused a tip when the car was returned. more

I was very happy with Kelle Sheehans towing on may different levels. While stranded on the side of I-95 in an unfamiliar area, the driver was very curteous. He was clean cut, polite, and very professional. Even though my car is a p-o-s, the driver still loaded my vehicle and transported it like it was brand new off the lot!. The price was fair, and for the service I received, was a hell of a deal!. I highly recomend using this towing company. Kelle sheehan is a scammer. I waited 2 hours for him to come pick me up when they said it will be about 1 hour. I will never use him again I found another company, Sheehan's towing. IT IS A DIFFERENT COMPANY. They promise to be there when promised if they run behind they will give you a call. They dont charge extra fees. I will s use them. more

CALL ANYONE ELSE else to solve your dilema! This guy is a major scammer!!! I called him 3 different times and every time he said that the tow would not cost me ANY more than $100.. However, AFTER it was towed and I went to pick up my car it was $150. They added false extra charges. I watched the tow, it took 3 min. The company owner is a liar and a cheat! I was stranded on the Florida Turnpike and called Kelle Sheehan's towing. The truck arrived to pick me up in the time frame that they stated. The owner of the company happened to be driving the tow truck and I found him to be a very nice and helpful person. This was the first time I have ever had to be towed and he made me feel very comfortable. He towed me to the shop that I requested and was concerned about leaving me alone on a dark street late at night. He made sure that I got home safely that night. I do not feel that this companies fees are any higher than other companies in this area. I will recomend this company to all my friends. If I ever have to be towed again, I will use Kelly Sheehan's towing. I am keeping the buisness card in my wallet just in case...!!! more

When I think greedy, I think Kelle Sheehan's towing. The owner of the company knows that anyone in the area who needs towing, won't have many alternatives to choose from, so they skyrocket the price. Once a price has been agreed upon, they have a tendency to ask for extra money for any "inconveniences" like a 15 minute wait. A $45 dollar charge for a simple 5 minute load of a vehicle onto our driver's trailer? Additional 5% charge for credit cards (at this point, the price is already triple inflated, I would rather take the storage fee from Copart next time for 5 days). Would never even think about using this atrocious company again. They show the ugly side of human nature when it comes to money and greed. Pros: Well, they picked up the car.
