Morgan responded my call placed on Saturday September 14, 2019. Before he entered my house, he unrolled this red beautiful floor mat imprinted "#1 RULE" over my raggedy floor mat. I was very embarrassed. We discussed the issues regarding supply lines and duct works. Morgan didn't waste any time, he immediately crawl underneath and accessed the problem & what has to done to correct it. He left couple of pamphlets about "UVPhotoMAX" I fell in love, the benefits of having it. Two days later, Morgan returned with his partner Bill and complete the job. I told him, I can't afford the UVPhotoMAX. But he mentioned that Kellam Mechanical offers financing. I filled out the application, I'm so thankful that it was approved w/ zero interest for 18mos. We lost heat at our beach house when another HVAC vendor did not do their contracted repairs correctly. Once the cold set in, our pipes froze. I was able to find Kellam Mechanical's technician Joe B. in his truck at another site in our neighborhood. I asked for help from him and he agreed to see my house later that day. He fixed our heat and explained what the other vendor did incorrectly. He has been doing this job and explained that our house was the coldest he had worked on in his 17 years yet he did so with a great attitude. Joe and Kellam Mechanical were awesome. more

It all started when our AC went out at night and we called for service since we had a service agreement. The tech Tom called and said he would come after his current calls. Turns out both of our systems had failed and he did what he could even though it was after midnight. He got one unit running temporarily and said he would be back the next day with options. We accepted his plan to replace both units. A week later the crew came to replace the units. The crew was very nice and made sure to cover our floors. They finished the installation the next day and we are very pleased with everything. I will recommend them to our neighbors. more

From the time he walks into my home until he has completed his servicing of my heating and air conditioning units, he is most professional and informative. John was a great help in diagnosing what was wrong with my HVAC air controller. He was efficient and quickly figured out what was wrong and was able to easily explain to me how to fix it. Our heat pump system quit working entirely during the night of Nov 24/25th. Jerry came to look at it when we called the next day. He worked until nearly 9 PM trying to fix it, quitting only when we suggested it would be okay to stop then and come back the next morning to finish. We really appreciated his dedication to the job since we didn't even have emergency heat. As an old Navy guy, I give Jerry a "Bravo Zulu" for a job well done finding and fixing the problem. more

Mr Jerry Wagner is a true professional. When it was time for my service call on both of my AC/Heat pump units, I was told that I would have another technician since Mr. Wagner was recently promoted. I requested and got Mr. Wagner to come out and service my Units. As usual he did an outstanding job with the 25 Point Inspection of the entire AC/Heat pump system in my home. My only concern is that my system is relatively new and on the work sheet it is listed as "Good" for the condition of both units. Other than that. Kellam has been servicing my home system for the past 13 years and I am pleased with the service and the professionalism of Mr. Wagner. more
